Each piece is hand-finished and framed to order, so we handle returns with care for you and for the work.
Wall Guarantee
If the size or frame doesn’t work on your wall, tell us within 30 days of delivery. Send it back in its original box with our prepaid label and we’ll remake it in the size or frame you need. One exchange per order.
If something arrives damaged
Every piece is insured in transit. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will craft and ship a replacement at no cost.
Standard returns
Standard returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in the original packaging. Return shipping is deducted from the refund.
How to start a return
Email hello@nookhomeboutique.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the piece and the box. We will reply with the next steps.
